White Horse Ceramic Industries Sendirian Berhad believes in using advanced manufacturing technologies and machinery that produce high-performance tiles.We have invested heavily in state-of-the-art Italian machinery and two highly-efficient polishing machines to enhance the surface of products. To further strengthen this environment of high-technology manufacturing and advanced machinery, White Horse also boasts an efficent computer system that accurately controls the production process.
Our machinery, which consists predominantly of state-of-the-art Italian-made equipment, has not only helped in our innovations and cost-saving measures,but has also put White Horse tiles in the same league as those produced by world market leaders.
Advanced Tile Manufacturing System
Setting the trend for the tile industry, White Horse ceramic tiles are manufactured using carefully selected natural materials and the latest technologically advanced machinery. The use of highly efficient polishing machines, state-of-the-art equipment from Italy and efficient computer systems enhance tile quality, efficiency and innovation. Stringent quality control and due diligence are exercised throughout the production process from raw material milling to firing procedures.
As a testament to quality, White Horse products conform to MS ISO:13006 standards published by the Department of Standards Malaysia and duly certified by SIRIM. The manufacturing and marketing arms of White Horse 6erhad achieved ISO:9001 accreditation in 1997 and 1999 respectively, making it the first company in the local tile manufacturing industry to achieve this.
Embracing today’s advanced technologies, White Horse introduces the new ‘i-designer’ using the latest technology in 3D computer generated models to create realistic views of any room. Virtual design allows customers to quickly customize interior walls with tiles of different design, size and colour to create the perfect home and view the final effects in real time. The revolutionary remote support feature allows designers to share their expertise and collaborate on-line to arrive at the best possible design configuration all from the comfort of one’s home or office. It is the first of its kind launched in South East Asia and reflects White Horse pursuit of new technologies to take our designs further.
White Horse also pioneers the introduction of Digital Inject Printing Technology in South East Asia enabling us to create, modify, transmit and apply designs directly onto the tile. Ultimately, White Horse provides further creativity, innovation and flexibility in tile design to meet higher consumer expectations.
